By placing an order with Sada AlFan you agree to these terms. They are written in plain English; the legally binding version is the English text.
Who you are buying from
Sada AlFan is a UAE-licensed company operating an e-commerce storefront for original framed portraits. Our licensed activities cover design, photographic production, picture-frame manufacture, and e-commerce via web and social channels.
How orders work
You select a city, style, and size, pay in AED via Stripe, and we send you a proof of your portrait. After approval, we print, frame, and ship the portrait. The contract of sale is formed when we email you the order confirmation.
Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in AED and include the print, frame, and UAE shipping. We may change prices at any time, but the price you saw at checkout is the price you pay.
Original content
Portraits are crafted under our licensed UAE design and photographic production activities. We do not draft identifiable real people, real brand logos, or trademarked imagery. If your request would require any of those, we reserve the right to refuse and refund the order.
Intellectual property
We retain the copyright to the portrait artwork. You receive a non-exclusive, personal-use licence to display the printed portrait, share photographs of it on social media, and reproduce it for your own non-commercial use. Commercial reproduction or resale requires a separate licence.
Limitation of liability
We will reprint, replace, or refund any portrait that does not match the approved proof. Beyond that, our total liability for any order is capped at the price you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
