What do I actually receive?
A hand-framed print of your portrait, ready to hang. The current sizes are A4, A3, and A2 — measured by the print, with a wood frame adding roughly 3 cm on each side.
Is the frame included in the price?
Yes. The price you see on the homepage is the all-in price: original portrait + archival print + a UAE-made wood frame + shipping within the Emirates.
How long does it take?
Most portraits ship in 3–5 business days from order. You'll see the proof instantly, but the physical print and framing happen after you approve the design.
Can I tweak the preview before you print?
For V1 we ship the proof exactly as you see it. If you want changes, place the order, then reply to your confirmation email — we will draft a new version before printing.
Do you ship outside the UAE?
Not yet. V1 is UAE-only because we frame and ship locally. International shipping is on the roadmap.
How are payments handled?
Securely via Stripe. We support Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay in AED. We never see or store your card details.
Can I get a refund?
If the print arrives damaged or doesn't match your approved preview, we will reprint or refund. See the Shipping & Returns page for details.
