Privacy
We collect the minimum information needed to craft, frame, and ship your portrait. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to ask us to delete it.
What we collect
When you place an order: your email, name, and shipping address. When you browse: standard server logs (IP, user agent, referrer) for security and rate limiting.
How we use it
Email — to send order confirmation, portrait proofs, and tracking. Name and address — to print the shipping label and deliver. We do not sell or rent this data.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your card number; Stripe returns a token used to capture the payment. See stripe.com/privacy for Stripe's policy.
Storage
Customer email, name, and address are stored encrypted at rest. Order metadata (city, style, size, price) is stored in plain text. Portrait files are stored in object storage with public unguessable URLs and may be re-drafted on demand.
Marketing
We do not send marketing emails. If we ever add a newsletter, it will be opt-in.
Your rights
Email Business.sadaalfan@gmail.com to request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it. We will respond within 30 days. Deletion removes everything except the minimum required for tax and accounting law (transaction record, encrypted email hash) for up to 5 years.
Children
Sada AlFan is intended for adults purchasing wall art. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
